This appears to be the same model they used as in the series. While it isn't the exact semi they used in the show, it could be used for a replica.
Always thought that would be cool....Owning a replica and hauling it to the Knight Nationals in the semi

someone with a lot of money could have a whole set of replicas.
a semi replica.. KITT replica.. KARR replica..
they might even have wax figures of the cast.

KITT: "I'm definitely dark and handsome, I'm only tall when I'm climbing a steep incline."

You forgot the Goliath-replica
I was reading somewhere that Goliath was made from '81 Freightliner COE truck.

Oooooh, now you are talking. Driving to the Nationals in your full Semi reproduction (interior and all) with your KITT in the back. What a way to make an entrance.
Although then you would loose the great feeling of driving KITT.

oh. now that would be cool. have someone drive the semi and someone sitting in kitt in the back. maybe do the stunt of driving out while the truck is moving? now THAT would be an entrance.

It is close, but remember the one in the show had a sleeper on it... making the rig longer than that one on E Bay.
