When I watch the opening sequence of the game, the audio doesn't line up with the video...but the rest of the game is fine...is this common or could it be my hardware.

I have the same problem.
My PC runs Windows ME in a P 450, 160 MB RAM and a 64 MB GEforce 2.
All my drivers are updated, but when I run the game I got the same problem (not when I play the videos with a Multimedia Player).
I tried to find out the reason, but I couldn´t find anything.
