Season 3-4 Dash Design...

So I know Michael Sheffe designed / built the original 1-2 season dash...
Did he have any input into the 3-4th season?
If not, who did?

He also designed the season 3/4 dash interior as well. He recently showed the world the designs in a show David did that explored the innovative technology knight rider's kitt inspired the world to come up with. It also starred dirk Bennedict who played Face on the a-twam with the van, Erica Strada with his chips bike all for a race which was started with flag girl Daisy Dukes from Dukes of hazard.
