It's quite easy to forget that Dallas was competing for the Nielsen Ratings. Besides, I never cared for whomever it was that shot J.R. Ewing. ;P

Women in skimpy attire running in super slow motion on a beach will always outlast a guy with a talking supercar that can do anything. Hell, I'm surprised the person who came up with Baywatch never won the male version of the nobel prize. There never has been a show that since on television.
