We all know Ann Turkel as the most iconic female villain of Knight Rider. But she is much, much more. At age 16 she was discovered by Vogue Magazine and within a week was shooting her first Vogue cover. She became one of the most sought after models in the country, gracing the covers of all the top fashion magazines and modeled in Europe & Japan.
At age 19 she starred in her first film, "99 & 44/100% Dead", receiving a Golden Globe nomination. She also fell in love and married her costar, actor Richard Harris. A succession of films followed. Several with husband Richard Harris. Her life took another turn when she and Harris divorced in 1982. It was during this time she concentrated on a television career.
She worked steadily in television during the 80s & 90s.
