The Many Mistakes of the Topaz Jump

Probably one of the most famous turbo boosts in the entire series, the jump over the riverbed in "The Topaz Connection" was reused a number of times throughout the series. Here's a breakdown of everything that's wrong with it:

1. Right at take-off, the passenger side turn signal blackout cover comes flying off:

2. You can clearly see the camera mounted on K.I.T.T.'s passenger side:

3. Shortly after that, K.I.T.T. loses his license plate:

4. Then the side camera wire comes loose:

5. Then Michael's jacket starts to fly out the window:

6. Then you can see a secondary camera filming the scene (the DVDs crop this out, but it can be seen on Netflix):

I can already see Wilton Knight turning away whistling not wanting to take credit for that million dollar monstrosity. Only thing that could have been worse was if the t-top came off and Michael bounced out of the car as it landed.

That is really bad but the one that sticks out in my mind is the one in the beginning of Brothers Keeper when we see KITT with these huge wheels as he lands inside the prison after jumping over the fence.
