At the moment, the seat itself is still in the car, but the two halves of the backrest and the spring are loose.
I never once fired the ejector seat, so I'm not sure how it goes back in.

RC2/Ertl KITT Ejector Seat
Anybody on here know how to put the ejector seat in the RC2 KITT back together? Sold mine on eBay last week and had the buyer return it for a refund because the seat mechanism fired itself (due to vibrations when it was in the mail van I suspect) and because the scanner "didn't work" (i.e. the batteries fell out and needed to be put back in).
