Have a Knight Rider replica or wondering if others in your area might? Would you like to see where the closest Knight Rider convention or club is? How about being able to pinpoint shooting locations from the show? This map has it all!

The Ultimate Knight Rider Map

This map displays the locations of Knight Rider replicas. These can be, but are not limited to, the Knight Industries Two Thousand (K.I.T.T. or KITT), the Knight Automated Roving Robot (K.A.R.R. or KARR), the F.L.A.G. Mobile Unit, Goliath, the Knight Industries Three Thousand (K.I.T.T. or KITT) or the Knight Industries Four Thousand (K.I.F.T. or KIFT). Any and all Knight Rider related replicas in any stage of development are welcome!

Knight Rider conventions and gatherings are also shown on the map, so they will be easy to locate. You will be able to find out all the information you need to plan your next trip. This is also a great way for clubs and groups to spread the word.

There is something magical about locating or even visiting a landmark or building 30+ years after it was featured on screen in Knight Rider. With this portion of the map we hope to pinpoint as many of the filming locations as possible.

You can use the legend to filter the results to your liking.

If you notice something that is not listed please be sure to use the form on this page to add it. Your listing will need to be approved by a map admin, so it will not show up immediately.

As more people start adding their replicas, I hope we'll start seeing areas with good potential to have more Knight Rider get-togethers. (I'm looking at you, Chicago!)

This map is great. I'll add myself (in Chicago) as soon as I have a donor car in the very near future.

I love this idea.I for one would love to sit in a kr replica.I see there's 1 in ny that was hit by hurrican sandy but will be soon.Their are many people who can't make it to the festivals for one reason or another and to be able to find one on a map closest to you is just great.

I have a couple of ideas for the map that I wanted some feedback on...

First, I was thinking about creating an additional icon or map marker for Knight Rider conventions/gatherings. That way the various clubs and organizers that have events can get them on the map and even include event details and pictures or logos.

My second idea, and this may be too far out there, was to create another map marker for known Knight Rider locations from the show. We could have the locations of things like the Comtron Building, the Knight Estate or even the location of the opening desert shot. I thought this would be fun way for us all to collaborate.

These would all be on the same map, or I could make separate maps for each. Please let me know what you guys think.

Sounds great but can you make a map key/legend to turn each set of icons on and off?

I believe so I would have to play with it a bit. Good idea.

This is great! I live in Philadelphia and I see a full KITT conversion driving around my neighborhood during the summer, even stopping at the pizza place and gas station on my street and I have always wondered who that is because by the time I get my shoes/jacket on it is always gone!

Okay, at this time that is not possible. I submitted a feature request to see if i can get that added. In the mean time I would suggest using the Web Site area and link to a web album. Something like Picasa Web Albums or Photobucket.

The Knight Rider Replica Map has been upgraded to...

The Ultimate Knight Rider Map

You can use the legend at the bottom of the map to filter the results to your liking.

This map has a few really cool features such as each post being able to display a picture, audio file, or YouTube video. It will also group map markers together if they are in the same city or geographic area and then split them up as you zoom in. You have the ability to add listings, but the post will require approval before it goes live.
My Project: K.I.T.T. website will be hosting the smaller map which contains the ADD button. Please read the guidelines below and then visit this page to start the addition process.

Guidelines For Adding To The Map.

Once you click the ADD button you will be presented with a dialog box. Here is a breakdown:

I'd like to get in touch with sheltonW3 as he has a replica close to me (or at least he happens to be the only one in the Pacific Northwest that has used this map to indicate this). :good:

WOW! There have been entries flying in left and right lately! It is awesome. Let's keep up the great work and I apologize in advance if it takes me a bit to get the entries approved. I try to get to them as quickly as I can.
