The RWNW StarCar Concours Classic is in its 6th year, and will be taking place on Saturday August 25th at the Marymount location of the LeMay Museum ("Same Bat Place, Same Bat Time", for you Gotham guys and gals). On hand will be Max's Black Pursuit Special (a replica all the way from California and possibly others), The Red XA Bat, KITT from Knightrider, Starsky & Hutch's Gran Torino, Bandit's Trans Am, as well as tons of other starcars, and costumed crazies. If you would like to be part of the show, please contact us as soon as possible to reserve your space. Drop ins will be accommodated as possible, we have had great luck in years past!
As most of you know, this event is hosted at the LeMay Family Collection Foundation's Annual "LeMay Museum Car Show & Auction", now in its 35th year! It all takes place at the Marymount Academy and the LeMay grounds in Tacoma, WA on Saturday, August 25, 2012 from 9am to 5pm. Make sure to seek out the display of Movie & TV Cars, where you will be able to meet the MMC staff and members of the International Movie & TV Vehicle Owners Association (IMTVOA) in person. Visitors will also be able to see the over 1,000 vintage, classic and specialty automobiles, trucks, and motorcycles from the LeMay Collection, plus hundreds of local collector cars. In addition to the cars, there will be automobile-related vendor displays, and an auction of classic cars.
Entry donations are $10 for adults, $5 for children 6-17, active-duty military, seinors and young kids are free. Free parking will be available offsite with free shuttle bus transportation between the parking lots, the Marymount Academy and the LeMay grounds.
