William Daniels to appear on Grey's Anatomy

Post by jyd85 » Mon Apr 09, 2012 11:54 pm

(According to Zap2it.com and TVLine.)

Fee-hee-heeny!

"Boy Meets World" fans, rejoice! Mr. Feeny (okay, his real name is William Daniels, but we'll continue to think of him as Mr. Feeny until we die) is coming to "Grey's Anatomy."

TVLine reports that Daniels has been cast as the doctor who will oversee the medical board examinations at Seattle Grace in an upcoming episode.

The episode, which was directed by series star Kevin McKidd, doesn't end well for all of our favorite characters. Sandra Oh tells us that one of the Seattle Grace docs won't pass the test, and another will walk out.

William Daniels just celebrated his 85th birthday a couple of weeks ago.

I'm glad to see that he's still doing occasional guest spots like this. :)
If you'd be so kind as to put me down.

Down?

Wonder if he will be reprising his role as Dr. Mark Craig from St. Elsewhere?

Lot's of St. Elsewhere doctor's have turned up on other shows such as Chicago Hope, Homicide, etc... The show is connected to tons of other shows through character appearances, mentions, etc.

Like when he and a few of his St. Elsewhere castmates were in the second(?) episode of Scrubs. Though they didn't come right out and say they were playing the same characters.

WD does seem to play quite a few doctors and judges.
