Thank you Steve and all of the fans of the Knight Rider Community. A great group of people. I usally post information so, I am very excited about 2012 Knight Rider Festival...30th Anniversary Celebration..."Only Las Vegas" the home of many episodes of the original 80s and 2010 show.

2012 KNIGHT RIDER FESTIVAL - 30th ANNIVERSARY LAS VEGASDetails are being worked out to make 2012 a bigger and better event. Your support is why the event is a success. So make plans to attend. it will be amazing.

1. KRF 2012 will take place May 18-19, 2012 (can you say tshirt and short?!?)
2. Fremont Street Experience will host the event.
3. Many special VIP guest* will be attending...please don't ask. I can't tell you now.

Finally, I am offering a limited edition 2011 KRF DVD. The DVD is 54 minutes length and includes some amazing work by Matt Sager. A truly talent individual. I can't wait to see his work from 2012 documentary.

The reason for the DVD so those who wanted more of KRF could own a part of history. And all eBay winners will be placed on the preferred VIP list at KRF VIP Party. How many people drove home to L.A. in that MASSIVE rain storm this year?! There's barely any rain in May so that reason alone makes the move to May a good one in my book!

I don't think the move to May will affect my ability to attend.
I hit snow going through Tehachapi to get back to the Bakersfield area. That was hairy!

I will be back again. I had great weather from Illinois to Vegas and back.

warmer weather means more people outside rather then us huddling inside the doors of the golden nugget for warmth i will come again next year, though i was hoping to take an extra day this time around, but it being in the middle of sweeps i'll have to just be quick. luckily, it's still on friday and saturday! my usual days off from work.

i'm excited.

I will do everything I can to be there although with the move to May, it will be in the final weeks leading up to my wife's thesis defense for her Master's program so I'm not sure if she'll be able to attend as well, but I hope so, even if we're only there for a couple of days!

JETT's OPEN LETTER TO ALL CAR OWNERS
First we would like to say that we hope everyone had a fantastic holiday season and we hope that everyone is doing well.

It sure is hard to believe, but here we are approaching our 4th year!

To all of our car owners who have already been a part of our past events - A big THANK YOU goes out to all of you - for you all have made this such a wonderful and memorable event that has touched so many people. We are honored to have such passionate friends share in our adventures!

And to all of you newbies out there - we sure hope you will join us and we all look forward to meeting new friends.

**** AS MOST OF YOU ALREADY KNOW - THE BIGGEST CHANGE IN THIS YEARS EVENT IS THAT WE HAVE COMBINED THE KNIGHT RIDER FESTIVAL AND THE LAS VEGAS CAR STARS INTO ONE MOMENTOUS SHOW! ONE BIG EVENT - DOUBLE THE FUN!

The dates for this years event is May 17th - 19th in downtown Las Vegas Nevada. The temporary schedule is:
Thursday May 17 - "Welcome to Vegas" gathering! Party Vegas style downtown.

Friday May 18 - LAS VEGAS CAR STARS/KNIGHT RIDER FESTIVAL parade featuring Star Cars with celebrity guests and dignitaries in the afternoon, then VIP party at the Golden Nugget in the evening. Official press conference, Vegas Vision Show and live entertainment at 1st Street Stage!

Saturday May 19 - Las Vegas Car Stars & Knight Rider Festival takes place on Fremont Street.

As part of our way of saying thanks to all of our participating car owners, we have decided to waive the registration fee to all of the car owners that register for this years event by MARCH 15th! - YUP - you heard us right - NO REGISTRATION FEE TO EVERYONE THAT REGISTERS BY MARCH 15TH!

Alas, I won't be there this year. As life always does, it has changed for me and I'll be getting married this summer, so I find myself needing to save money for that.

Legendary "Special Guests" will be attending this historic event....don't you dare miss it!

One of my biggest dreams is to visit one of the Legendary Knight Rider Festivals. But it's really heavy for a sixteen Years old Pupil to come from Germany to Nevada .

What a great event! The weather was perfect, not too hot but warm enough to enjoy the pool. It was very nice to see Rebecca again, a very sweet lady with a great voice. And of course Michael Scheffe is always a sweet heart, and so humble. It was my first time meeting Peter Parros, I have to say he is quite handsome. His wife was very patient with us girls hanging on him and kissing him.

It was really nice to see everyone again, I haven't been on kro in a while so it was nice to catch up with familiar faces and meet some news ones. A big thanks to Paul Casey for putting it all together!

PS, off topic, but I couldn't resist getting Claudia Wells of BTTF fame to sign a save the clocktower flyer.

It was a decent event. I enjoyed meeting George wilbur from Halloween 4 and 6 and seeing Jim winburn again. Rebecca Holden was also great to catch up with as was Peter. I also saw KARR in person for the first time! It was a good event even if it wasn't a dedicated knight rider convention.

It was a great time as always seeing old friends and making new ones - and of course doing it for a great cause like the Children's Miracle Network.
