So you're presenting KR 08 as a direct sequel to TKR?

I approve of this notion. And especially like KARR being Mobius' wheelchair.

Actually Mobuis himself is KARR not his wheelchair.
This is why Mobuis's voice changes into KARR after he flips the switch on his wheelchair.
It's supposed to be the first meeting of KI3T and KARR in a flashback sense aboard Sky1.
KARR is almost a human at this point (more cyborg than robot) and the beta version of KI3T is shadow from TKR.
After KARR takes KI3Ts Orb, KI3T is only able to plead with KARR using just his scanner sound as KARR leaves Sky1.

The story is being retold a decade later by Mustang/KI3T to Mike and Sarah aboard Sky2.

And yes I think I broke my nerd-o-meter making this video. lol
It took me forever to make the background music stay the same while Val talked and to get audio of Justin saying Team Knight Rider. (Amongst other things)
