wow, this looks awesome, ok soem graphics mistakes at kitt but instead of this awesome

how is the high end graphics going to affect lower performance computers. will they lag hardcore?

my specs are
Intel Pentium Dual CPU 2 GHz
32 bit operating system

3.5 Windows Experience Index

2gb memory

will there be a proble with lag on mine?

Your specs are fine, I'm more worried about your video card. What kind do you have, how much GPU power do you have? I would say a solid 4 rating on the windows experience scale would give you everything set to the max for the game. You can turn shaders and other special features off to improve performance.

oh, i have a rating of 3.2 and an onboard video card.
that means i have to turn some thing off. too bad... :(

how do I check that?
do you got Vista? cause in Vista you can go to control panel and it tell you there.

Hello! , I have order a computer and i get it tomorrow, the specs are, but i dont remember everything.. but,

Nvidia GeForce 7950!
3 or 4 GB ram!
lol, i write them tomorrow anyway, but what want you do know ? i mean what does you want to know if my computer works?

and does you need a Beta-Tester? =)

atonskonto your computer will work fine for this game. as for beta-testing, we have no word on that.

msKEN, is there an ETA on the game? maybe a demo? anything?

I just literally got my engine updates today, I'm working on bringing the 3d environment to life. Should have something to show you guys very soon.

sounds good. i think that i need to do something until this comes out. just so bored. i think ill start a new papercraft. i found optimus primes vehicle mode. and there is a 1/24 scale optimus robot mode in the works.

Hey, five things:

- Thank you for working so hard. I appreciate it.
- Offering help as Translator (German(native)/English)
- Whats with the road's textures in the latest screen shots here? Will there be different texture detail levels in the game or a high res texture pack or something?
- Will the driving feel realistic (must...not...think...of...devilex)? What happens if you flip KITT over accidentally?
- What about physics and destroyable objects? You remember, KITTs (and KARRs) breaks through fences, glass, concrete walls were almost key elements of the series. Even COMTRON trucks (1st mission ;) ) and "3 Ring" drive thru mascots

Anyway, really appreciate your work

PS: I assume i have to/am able to drive KITT into a driving SEMI, right?
PPS: Steering Wheels supported?

i have (a) question(s). and im sure everyone wants to know. will you be able to be Michael and drive KITT, and then get out and have KITT in surveillance mode or sumthin and walk as Michael? and then have KITT autocruise over to you and pick you up? or be able to put KITT in autocruise and then control KITT without Michael?

from what i have read and what i think (correct me if i am wrong), this is a game similar to gta, so you definitely can drive kitt and walk around as michael (though not at the same time :P). i believe they stated this earlier in this thread.


as for auto cruise: Just speculations!! I could be wrong. but since this is a knight rider game maybe kitt will be able to drive around on his own (e.g. if you call for help or something). IF he can do that, i guess it would be possible to select a location on the map an let kitt drive in auto cruise, so you dont have to push buttons and just watch kitt drive. i am not familiar with details. but these are kind of key elements after all.

i think, at the very least there would be a mission in which kitt has to get to michael fast.

nah, i was talking about an edit mode where you can set camera positions, slow motion and so on. like the director mode in driver (1-3 i think) or video editor in gta 4. fraps cannot do that :P. after editing the movie you can record it with fraps tho
