15" Turbo cast wheels

Post by Johnny » Sun May 12, 2013 1:20 pm

Hello, As many of you know, it has been a challenge to find a set of 15" Turbo casting wheels that is in good condition. After a lot of searching, I was thinking that maybe I should use the OEM manufacturing resource that I have and recast and re-produce the rims. I am curious to what your thoughts are on this. :kitt:

Yeah sounds good to me, just have to make a cap that stays on the rim.

Don't know about a patent, but I doubt you'd really get in to trouble. Someone in the replica forums had looked in to it and it was going to cost quite a bit off the bat. Did you pursue it any further?
