Here's a sneak peek of KITT talking with David during the Comedy Central Roast of David Hasselhoff. Yes, that is William Daniels' voice, although he pre-recorded his lines a few days earlier. Basically you're looking at a videocamera pointing at a TV so the video quality is not great, but hopefully it will give you a taste of what to look forward to when the full show airs on August15.

any word on who's kitt that was that was used for the roast and the commercials with David washing Kitt?

Whoever's that was they need a better kitt scanner.Its not right to fit him with a strobe futuristic scanner when everything else fits to the series.

That was my ole buddy Alex's car and I think it looks fantastic.
I only wish I could have been there too, but Ive had my 15 minutes of fame with my KITT in Kickin It Old Skool the movie( circa 2007) and my car had David Hasselhoff's cameo appearance after I drove it to the mark.

At least with David's Roast on Comedy Central Alex's car actually had Wiliam Daniels voice instead of some
guy that thought he could pull off a KITT voice imitation ( It was not even close).

When i brought it the first day (Friday), i did have the correct halogen scanner, but to have it left on running for 4hrs straight during showtime on Sunday , it would had melted my plexiglass lenses, so i had to make a decision and went with led scanner that gives it the knight rider mustang scan smooth effect and i can run it all day without worrying about it melting the lenses and getting very hot. I know people have different opinions on the scanner. I usually use the halogen scanner at car shows and events which is what KITT used on the tv show. So when i use my led scanner, its KITT with new upgraded mustang knight rider scanner

they didn't really run your car over curbs did they?

Now that my halogen scanner clip made my eyes drewl.It looked so great.Too bad you couldn't have had it on.I know you wouldn't have wanted anything to heat or melt too much and can understand that.Great replica you got there.Is the keyhole on the door supposed to be silver? or was that also black in the show?Then again Michael never really used keys to get into kitt.

I had my replica buffed out, when they did that, it buffed out the black color of the key holes, they now currently have been replaced with black ones.
