Can anyone take a photo of what the interior looks like? I'm curious how the disks themselves are lined up.

You know something I have the single season usa relases, but have i read this thread right??
The errors in sound effects are corrected in this set?

If that's the case I'm very very tempted to get this set.

This set is so cooooooooooool! But I already have the seasons set, but as u guys said, they have fixed the sound problem on season 3, that alone is a reason to buy this wasome boxset!

Big help, thanks!

In all honesty though - the interior is kind of a let down. It would have been cooler if they did it similar to how the buffy box set was, where it was in trays no bigger than the disc which where stacked ontop of each other into little season books, and then the books went into a larger box that made this huge image.

KR doesn't have as many seasons, so it would become this cool cube thing, very sexy.

Couldn't agree with you more.
That's indeed a little let down, BUT the scanner makes it all worthwhile nevertheless.

Another disappointing thing apply to the Velcro that locks the case in place. I would prefer to see a better solution than a cheap sticker with Velcro. After all, we are talking about a 100$ set.

I just purchased each seperate season in July for about a total of $140 and I already have a disc freezing up on me. If the single sided discs do not have that issue, I may just go ahead and buy it again. Just wish that they had added just anything new like a new commentary.

I just got one for Christmas and I have watched 10 episodes already. I have to save some for my in-bed time after my spinal surgery. I have scoliosis, so I have to get surgery which will put me in the hospital for 7-10 days and home-bound for a month to 3 months. I was so happy to get it for Christmas, I was in shock at how awesome it was. I played the light and music thing like 10 times. But I didn't want to wear down the batteries, so I stopped. It seemed like it would be expensive having all 4 seasons and bonus stuff.

I'm thinking of getting the dvd set but I already have the individual season sets that was released before this. The boxset looks really cool.. Other than the discs being single sided in the new set, are there any additional bonus features or is it the same as the features that came with the individual season sets?

Just a reminder to double check that the DVD's will play in the region you live.

Thanks for the advice.. Shouldn't be a problem for me as my player can play all regions and I usually buy my dvd's through Amazon and all of them can play without any problems.. These are of course region 1 dvd's from Amazon.

I think its the case for most people as well. for the DVD player, you can take it to a service center and they will remove the protection software if any. and for the computers, there is a small software "Region free" that will enable you to run any region you may have. Image :kitt:

I received my complete set a few days ago and they're great! The funny thing was that the first thing I did was push button to play the theme music and see the scanner. Very cool! Watching these really brought back memories and I fell in love the series all over again. It also reminded me of all the homework I didn't get done as a teenager because KR too.

The best memory these DVDs have given me is remembering all the times it provided me an escape from the amount of tremendous stress I was under at the time. If it hadn't been for KR, I think I would have gone insane.

The one thing that struck me funny when watching the first season was the thought of what Bonnie would say about Michael's son. I just get this picture of her in the SSC, after having talked with MikeJr, turning to MichaelSr and saying, "He's your son, all right..."

I bought seasons 1 and 2 a couple of years ago. When I saw them I couldn't help but buy them :D Had to wait for season 3 for quite a while to come out. I also got season 4 last week.

Haven't been disappointed in the least :good:

Do you guys also have the movie Knight Rider 2000 on one of the discs?

I've been watching the set lately since I got it as a Christmas present. I already own all four seasons, but my aunt and uncle who bought it for me didn't know that. Nevertheless, I'm glad to have single-sided discs as I wouldn't have thought it would be worth it to re-purchase the seasons. I love the back cover and it's possible to keep it inside of the case if put in carefully enough.

I too bought Knight Rider, the best of, 1st and 2nd season immediatly they were released here. It took 3 years after 2nd season DVD to release 3rd season here.
I already lost faith that the remaining seasons will ever be released as a Scandinavian version and ordered the UK versions of the 3rd and 4th season in 2007.
Last year the 3rd season was released as a Scandinavian version after all and last week the 4th season was released so now I have complete collection of KR with Finnish subtitles :) I'm mostly satisfied with these, only problem is the missing sound effects in the 3rd season dvd's, for instance Lost Knight episode.
KR2000 movie is in the first season dvd's as a bonus material.

I think if there would be KR the complete collection dvd box with Scandinavian subtitles, I'd buy it only if it has corrected sound effects in the 3rd season episodes.

Does anyone know where I can buy this for a cheap price? and I mean maybe a store or something. not like a website where you have to put in your credit card number in.
