Apparently, our local "STS-Moscow" channel has started broadcasting the new Knight Rider. The Pilot was split into several parts...

This channel also ran the original Knight Rider back in the 1998.

Now for the epic fail part. It's being shown on mondays 'till fridays. AT 06:00!!!!!!!

If you ever see a Russian newspaper or magazine ad for the show we would love to see a copy.

Do they translate the name "Knight Rider" into something else in Russian? For example, in other countries the show is translated as "Supercar" or "The Fantastic Car".

Hope you enjoy the show... there are some rough spots, but there are also some really great moments.

In Finland Knight Rider is called "Ritari Ässä" which loosely translates to english as "Knight Ace" (ace as in "ace of hearts" or "ace of spades")

Think the show outght to start here in a year or two, that's usually how long it takes for a show that's been canceled after one or two seasons to find it's way here, atleast the new Bionic Woman and Terminator: Sarah Connor Cronicles followed that path.

It's not like Knightrider doesn't have a fanbase here, it has the same cult following and it's a part of our pop culture, as seen in this ad
