Tonights episode of Heros 11/02

Post by knightdriver » Mon Nov 02, 2009 8:07 pm

Anyone catch the begining of tonights Heros?

The character Hiro is stealing clothes off someones clothesline and he grabs a Knight Rider t-shirt with a big picture of KITT on the front. Thought that was kinda cool!

Haha guess what T-Shirt I just seen on Heroes (The time traveling Chinese guy). I haven't even watched it that much this season its like faith for me. I think we will see another rendition of the franchise sooner than we think the way the writers are pushing it all over NBC LOL!!!

Admittedly I don't care that much, just enough to actually mention it because this sort of thing slightly annoys me when it's not at all difficult to know. The character (and actor is at least of the decent) is Japanese, it would be a lot easier to at least use a little more broad term like Asian or hell the character's actual name which isn't at all hard to remember, heh. Same damn thing happened with Smith Cho (of Korean heritage) around here..

Anyway, yeah I saw that and thought it was nice, these little nods here and there could easily be a reminder/dig at NBC, even without anything being said of how they took another well known, globally popular show from the past and ****ed it up trying to "modernize" it.
The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great! :skar:
