knight rider online

Hey hey. I know I haven't been on the board very often lately. To be honest alot beens going on and its been an adventure of a 12 months (naff said!). One of the things that has kept me going is working on this artwork. Started back in October 2008, it was finished this morning. What makes it particularly special is that this was the first time I used acrylic paints, the first time I painted the Mustang and the first time I have surprised myself on how well its all come together.

A friend of mine asked me, when do you know its complete? the painting tells me when its complete was my answer. Since I've been taking photos along the way, its given me the opportunity to put together my very first youtube.....so be kind on the comments

Anyway, guess what? I'll be flying to LA shortly so can someone tell me if Universal Studios have both Knight Riders' on DVD boxsets so that I can buy them there?

awsome work dude keep it coming, u should do some more renderings of a new kitt in the 2010 mustang shell both theinterior and exterior and send it to NBC to give then ideas for a hopeful season2 in 2010-2011season, and so that they can als see how much people love and want the show to come back.

This is some of the cooles artwork I've ever seen. The detail work is incredible

Thanks everyone, glad you all liked it. The reflections were a key aspect of getting this painting looking right. The other issue was trying to keep the cars looking black but still reflecting the surrounding blue and sand tones. Its harder to see in the photo but more visible on the painting itself, but reflections of the surrounding sand are hinted into the paint work of both cars.

I'm most impressed with the KI3T scanner and headlamps. Ironically they took the shortest amount of time to work on!

Surprised no one has picked up where the music is from.....or was that way tooooooo cryptic
