Make of this what you will...
I guess in February Larson signed a deal with Universal to make a new Battlestar Galactica film (likely a NEW new retelling of the story.)
This week, Bryan Singer was brought onboard with Universal's BSG project, although according to the article there is a chance that is different from the original project Larson was doing. Who knows.
If Larson had a hit movie with BSG it would certainly make it much easier to get the Knight Rider movie done, but it seems to me that both films would be in the process at the same time.
One thing I can guarantee: whatever we know now, the information will change.

I heard about Bryan Singer being attached to direct the film as well. Not a particular fan of his, but if Larson is that closely involved I'd probably check out the movie.

I wish Glen the best of luck doing this movie. and I really wish it will work out to be something great so it can help to bring Knight Rider to the big screen for the first time.
