I found this video while surfing tonight. Some guy has made Orchestral versions of beloved 80s themes to prove to studio big wigs that the themes could still work in a modern day epic and Knight Rider is featured on his channel right now. This would be awesome to hear in the movie. Or at least something similar. I couldn't figure out the direct link to the video but here's is the one to his channell and it's featured at the top.

Still, when it comes to remixes or symphonic covers of KR theme, you just can't beat the remix on David Hasselhoff's 'Sings America' album. That one is so darn perfect I might, just MIGHT go as far as saying it beats the original - but that would be heresy, wouldn't it

Wow, that's great! The Knight Rider theme always seemed to have a timeless to me, IE it doesn't "feel" tied to a particular time period. I would be perfectly happy with the theme performed just like it was for the original series, but OminousVoice's orchestral rendition has certainly got me thinking twice.
Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men?
