we have enough complaints about the un-needed shots of sarah in bikini or kissing or something of the same pattern. you know, this is funny, but we never -as far as i remember- has such a problem with TOS. did we??? Image :kitt:
I have no problems with girls in bikinis and girls in Bikinis did made an appearance quite a few times in the TOS as well as dressed in those thight exercise 80's outfits. :P But there is a huge difference between that and the scene the writers had written that Deanna rejected and rightfully so because for lack of better words it would have looked like a cheap porn so called "cumshot" and that is what those sickos were obviously angling for. :x

Fantastic interview. You can feel how easy going and nice she is in those words. There seems to be no pretentious attitude there and I find that refreshing. I totally agree with her on the scene with KITT and the "squirt" and I like how she brings up the "brother/sister" aspect of Sarah and KITT, something I would love to see explored more if a second season were to come about. Excellent work guys!

After reading the interview Deanna Russo gained a lot of respect in my eyes. She rejected that ridiculous scene, that was great move on her part.I am sad indeed but Gary loves to write sex.

Was it Gary that wrote that garbage? For what I read Deanna discussed it with him and that part was written off but I got no hint that he was the one that wrote it, woe to him if he did though...

There was no such indication, but I wouldn't find it hard to believe it was in one of his episodes.

Having said that, the man does what he was hired to do. The audience that NBC seems oh-so-interested in getting with this show loves this sort of cheap jokes.

As proved, once again, by my-not-so-favorite "Transformers", where giant robots peeing on special agents and Shia LaBeouf's masturbation schedule make for the stuff of legends. No pun intended with "stuff". Or maybe it was.

I agree Hollywood is using these types of cheap jokes too much almost as a crutch to be honest and it needs to stop...

I can handle the cheap jokes providing they're actually funny, there's just no originality now, most of its been done before.
