knight rider online

Stumbled across this on Youtube....I actually really like this. It's got the melody of the old, combined with the instrumentation of the new....and I think it works really well. I'd been trying to do something of my own, but it won't compare to this.

I don't think that the 80s synth instrumentation would match the new show....but this version, I can see happening. I was pleasantly surprised, because I never thought that the old intro would translate well to rock guitar. There are some things I'd change about this rock version, but overall, I think it's pretty good for what it is.

I still don't find it fitting for the new show, but otherwise I dig it.

I think Sylvain Cloux's metal version of the original Knight Rider theme tune has been
discussed on here before. (What's the deal with so many people calling it a theme
song, when the Knight Rider theme has never had any lyrics written for it?)

Meanwhile, here's a better edit of the classic KR title sequence from season 4, with
the Sylvain Cloux version of the KR theme dubbed over and timed to perfection.

great! They should have used it... or at least something like this... something that actually reminds of KNIGHT RIDER because this melody is like a symbol and they simply skipped it
