Question on TOS

A friend of mine found out the other day that she was on the show when she was a baby. The crew did a lot of work behind where her mom worked and when she took them out to see the flimming they asked if they could use her. We are trying to find which show this is. We think it would have to be in the third or fourth season. Dose anyone one know if there was a point where they pulled a baby out of a car? Sadly I don't have time right now to sit and watch all of them and she will be leaveing to go back home in a few days. Thanks.
