Can anyone tell me the purpose of the countup module on the overhead console? Is it to see how long a mission is? I don't get it. I would think a clock would make more sense.
Seriously, anyone?

It has no relavence at all.Most of those meters Michael never needed to understand or use their functions at all.If anything its just to entertain us.I believe I read somewhere that Glen went to a kindergarten or younger level eduction grades and asked them what they would like to see.Some must have said meters and monitors.
