knight rider online

I've been wondering about this. Now I know they have sleeping pods at the SSC but, do Mike, Sarah and the rest of the main cast live there 24/7 or what? I'm guessing that have to since they are stationed in the middle of nowhere and from Billy's blog he's moved all his comic books, games, etc into his pod.

But, what about the rest of the 1700? I mean we haven't seen the whole thing but, the SSC doesn't seem that big to house all those people. I guessing they do a kind of crewing thing were a certain number of people work/live/etc there for about a month then they fly them back home and the pick up the next bunch of workers for the month.

So what are your thoughts on this?

In one episode, KITT asked Sarah was sleeping at the SCC that night, implying that she had another place to live. I'm sure Charles kept his house, and Carrie her beach house- Mike probably moved from Vegas into the SCC.

The KITT Cave is the SSC.It's just Billy's way of calling the SSC.

I know the two are the same, I was just wondering where (in the US physically) is it ??

I like to that the SSC is the Hanger that was end the of the original series pilot. The one in the last scene where we see KITT being pulled by a tow tuck (lots of Knight Industries vehicles and equiptment around too) and Devon telling Michael he's messed up the car.

I noticed that as well its the same hangar from the original 80's pilot.
