Knight Rider remote controlled car

Post by Knight Racer » Wed Nov 19, 2008 12:56 pm

I'm considering buying one.Does the turbo boost feature work well on them?Does it scratch the paintjob?Does it make the turbo boost sound? How does the turbo boost on the car work?

The Hitari RC car? The so called turbo boost feature is nothing but a faster mode... no sound...no jumping car... At least you can set a very very loud scanner sound.

Thanks for the help.I won't be buying it now.I thought that extra lower lip bumper was to brace the impact when it landed from the jump.I wonder how many others were disapointed that it didn't jump when it said functional turbo boost.

I didn't expect it to jump to be honest, but worth getting if you love your Knight Rider.

I remember reading about the car and all the sites that sold it advertised the "turbo boost" feature as double-speed or something.

Electronics retailer Maplins, here in the UK, has this radio controlled KITT car.

Is this the same as the one made by Hitari?
