You are kidding, right?

Caine is a brilliant high class actor who would never be involved with a show that relies on skin and cleavage to bring in viewers, I'm surprised Davidson is still hanging in there.

But who says that the current correography will be what Knight Rider is in the future...I always thought though if the original series characters went to a movie then Michael Caine would make a great Devon Miles. However it could work in a new series too... :kitt:

A brilliant high class actor that's done such critically acclaimed things such as being Austin Power's father in Gold Member, that awful Bewitched movie, Miss Congeniality and of course, the all time classic Jaws: The Revenge!

Anyway, there's no reason for Caine to do a TV show, I'm sure he's busy enough as it is. But to say he would never be involved in such a thing due to the not even PG-13 content of the series is idiotic, bad writing, sure though then again, he probably wouldn't mind if it paid the bills and he had nothing else to do and wanted to have some fun. I'm sure he's not nearly that uptight either.. Same goes for Bruce Davidson....

How did Baywatch make you feel blowersho? That's a show that not only relied on skin and cleavage, but did it successfully for ten years and was at one point the most watched show in the world with over a BILLION viewers and still holds that record. Not bad for a show totally reliant on T&A.

The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great! :skar:

Michael Caine is Alfred now and I dont think it would work at all, he doesnt have the charisma that Edward Mulhare did, I dont think any other actor could replace Devon.

As for Demi Moore, she's terrible, your joking yeah? That said she did look good in the movie Striptease, looks like she had some plastic surgery done on her eyes :D

PHOENIXZERO: Caine has been in movies since the fifties and has been in some that are not that great but nobody is perfect, he is still a high caliber actor, hard to see him go from Dark Knight to KR 2008.

Baywatch began when I was in my early teen years so you know what, it made me feel very good. Thankfully I am more mature now and If there was a show like that now I would not watch it for a second. Just because there is a BILLION horn dogs making a crap show popular that does not change the fact that it is garbage. Baywatch was popular for the same reason porn is and it is not for the mesmerizing dialogue.

OK heres the third character if we had famous actors on the new KR..

Michael Caine=Devon Miles
Demi Moore=Bonnie Barstow

RC3=LL Cool J

Again seeing the famous actors that are in the new 24 coming later this month I figure KR could use some famous actors as well...Just a thought!!!

No, just no!

Seriously, it's one thing to make these suggestions for the feature film, at which point Michael Caine would be a fine candidate for that version of Devon, but the new series is a continuation of the original series, even if it doesn't seem like it at times, which is why Devon should never appear on screen in any way, shape or form other than in a photograph or flashback using pictures/footage of Edward Mulhare.

Hahahahahahaha!

Michael Caine is awful at accents. To be a replacement of Edward Mulhare wouldn't be right at all.

Michael Caine in KR08 as Devon? I like it. You say he's too educated to play such a character? Sorrel Booke, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sorrell_Booke" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, who played Boss Hogg, was a very educated person and when he went out in person to meet and greet people he always went out as Boss Hogg, because that was his favorite character of all of the one's he played through out his acting career.

So yes I could see him play Devon Miles, he played in Ms. Congeniality, why not KITT. Or how about Roger Moore? He's played in some crazy movies here lately. The comedy with Cuba Gooding, Jr. and Unfortunately Spice World to name to of the worst one's he's been in.
