1:18 Scale Diecast KITT (2008)!!!
Well, kinda.
Shelby Collectibles have recently released the 2008 Shelby GT500KR in diecast form. As you likely already know, this is what KITT is. Just remove the SHELBY (letter) badging, add a scanner and a spanky CPU and PRESTO... the Knight Industries 3000!!!

I got it at http://www.scale18.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; because they're reasonably priced compared to other sites/eBay (I've used them MANY times) and won't rip you off on shipping.

Ah, the poster of this thread should just call it for what it is. This isn't KITT, it's a Shelby.
Man, we really gotta persuade the show people that there needs to be something different in Hero mode KITT that differs himself from the Shelby. Like, a medium using the specs of the Attack mode, ya know? Because at least there is different parts built onto the car that gives that look like it really is a product from Knight Industries.

Yeah, but a stock 2008 GT500KR is way closer to the KI3K than a stock 1982 Trans Am is to the KI2K. Attack mode is a different story, but KI3K is basically stock in his basic mode. I've been looking for this for a while. I have Shelby Collectibles 68 Eleanor and it's a very impressive piece for $30 retail.
Is the Shelby lettering a decal or painted, Sue?

KITT project is on again!
