They probably wouldn't because then it would possibly detract from what Kilmer is doing with it.
The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great!

What's happened to the DVD release? I thought it was supposed to be out on the 9th of this month? Nothing on Amazon.

It has been cancelled. I think they are going to put that 2 hour pilot in first season's DVD boxset, that's because they cancelled it.
