I think we can look forward to seeing the new Knight Rider... Despite its short comings, I am very excited about it, and I think they can improve upon the pilot, just like they did with the original Knight Rider series.

Good, it needs time to develop in order to become a great show. Hopefully they will fix them.
My only problems are
1) The voice was too human which can be fixed with little audio effects. Dont ask my why I dont complain about the old voice, I dont know
It just fit somehow. All they need to do with kilmer's voice is add some effects and it will be fine.
2) The acting was good enough to watch it and enjoy it, but you notice the lack of acting in some places. Thats fine, all pilots have worse acting than they do 10 episodes in
