Season 3 DVD Fixes

Wow, it's been awhile since I posted here, but I'm back!
I remember reading a few months ago about how people were noticing missing sound effects from many episodes on the season 3 DVD set. I bought the set recently and started noticing the missing effects on the episode "Lost Knight."
Can someone post the URL for the site which offers the fixed versions? Does Universal even offer fixes anymore? What's the process like - do they send a box and I ship it in that, or do I go to the post office myself?
