1. From a photo shoot in the Semi Headquarters set, early Season 1, taken by photographer Gene Trindl. Other shots from that shoot include Mulhare and McPherson (one of which is in the IMDB gallery, another provided the cover for a 1985 Look-In Magazine).
2. Very difficult to identify. I will note that the camera set up seems to take in both passenger seats through the windshield, a time-saving technique used a lot during Season 4, and a few Season 1 shows.
