Knight Rider 2000

I was watching Knight Rider 2000 today on Sci Fi and Sci Fi plus when I saw the scene where KITT in the Knight 4000 body printed off, I think a release form for Thomas J Watts.

What does Michael do? Shawn says 'Something KITT and I should of thought of' I don't know what he does though?

Please help?

Oh yeah I didn't get that either. He does something with a signature

It's a printout of the paper that ordered Watts' release from prison. Michael writes in the police commissioner's name on one copy and faxes it to her, and writes in the mayor's name on the other and faxes it to him. Michael didn't know who was repsonsible for Watts' release, so he was sort of bluffing to see who would react.
