Just found this out, and thought it was worthy of a mention:
Floyd Levine, who played Oscar in the episode "Knight By a Nose" (the gambler K.I.T.T. keeps tipping), is the real-life father of actor Brian Robbins, who played Randy Merritt in "Soul Survivor".

A couple more, from my site:
Logan Ramsey, who played Judge Paxton in "No Big Thing" (and also appeared in the later show "Knight Strike" as Edgar) was married to Anne Ramsey, who played the Crossing Guard in "Killer K.I.T.T."
Sondra Currie, who played Francesca Morgan in "Not a Drop to Drink", is married to director Alan Levi, who helmed the reunion movie "Knight Rider 2000".
If anyone knows of any others, pitch in!

An obvious one, but....
Jean Hasselhoff, who played Rose Marie the receptionist in "Dead of Knight", is David's sister.
I'll have to think to see if there's more.

Sondra Currie, who played KGB agent Gloriana in the classic, fan-favourite "AIRWOLF" episode 'MIND OF THE MACHINE', was produced by Alan J. Levi (Supervising Producer).
