Anyone know or even reckon when or if "TEAM KNIGHT RIDER" will see the light of day on DVD, based on the sales of the original 4 NBC seasons? After watching that 1-minute promo that Joe has online, I'd really love to see the show again, as it was one of the best shows of my childhood during the mid 90's.

I'm hoping for this too. TKR really got a bad rap. It's not that bad of a show. I recently re-watched the whole series and I like it more everytime I watch it.

Would a DVD petition be of any use?

Joe, I've just sent you a PM.

I'm hoping for this too, like you wouldn't believe. I'd be willing to circulate a petition as far and wide as i could, if it would do any good.

Even I have to admit that watching the promo has made the show look a lot more appealing to me.

I always thought the first few episodes of TKR were great, then it went on a downhill slide. It was KNIGHT RIDER in some ways and the it wasnt, if that makes sense. Regardless if it did come out on DVD I would buy it

I would also like to have all the episodes of TKR on a DVD. Two months ago, I watched some episodes from a Greek channel (such as:  Spy Girls and Legion of Doom) and I really loved them. It is a good show and has to be released on a DVD.

I never really cared for that show, it kinda seemed like just a KR fan wanted to make something related knight rider. I watched episodes when they aired and after a while I just found it to be to much of a KR rip-off, I did though watch it recently and its seemed ok. I'd never buy it on dvd though

I like Erica    She is a very Sexy Girl

THats all, the BEst Episodes are Legion of Doom and the KRo Episode. The best stunt was in the Epsiode when Jenny follows a yellow truck and shot that car. I remember a very good spectacualar crash. That was cool. Mus be more of this and the series are cool.

I dunno? I saw and have most of them on tape.

It's hard to sit through some of them. :?

The show lost me when they had a scene where Jenny and Erica
were riding in Domino and a pair of stage hands mysteriiously pops
into the scene and fluffs Erica's hair, she smiles and the scene goes on.

I was like, what the hell was that? Talk about blue screening gone bad.

I wish I could see this, I haven't seen a whole episode. I would get it if it came out on DVD, I would just have to figure out when.

Even though it has 'knight rider' in the title it's just NOT knight rider.

So I couldn't care less about it personally.

And, I thought the episode where Jenny and Erica had just escaped the overturned prison bus by casually walking along a fence for 5 minutes (bus in sight all the while and them in prison clothes) and just chatting like it was a walk in the park (until attack dogs are heard from approaching reinforcement officers) was bad...yiesh. Quality control took too many vacation days, or something.

Hey now TKR was just keeping up with tradition. You remember all of the goof ups in KITT don't you? Like when the car comes out of the trailer and you can see the camera crew's shadow on the ground because the sun is behind them? Or the driver side door being open when KITT had his smoke screen on? I could go on and on. I guess that's what made the show so unique.

I e-mailed Universal about this 2 weeks ago. They replied stating that there are no plans to release.

Another Idea: But iTunes request for it. :) If enough folks request it maybe they'll get Universal to provide a download version of the episodes, at least.

Or the nice, sharp reflection of the entire crew in Karr's side when he's pulled out of the sand in KvK...
