I found so many glitches in knight rider trust doesnt rust
i saw a season 4 dash tv then i saw that if kitt scanner is turned on then all the lights go on then i saw when michael is putting kitt on collision course with karr you see that the rpm doesnt work and when tony says to karr get rid of this guy and when starts trying to get rid of michael i saw tony was driving the car by himself oh yeah one more when he made those harder turns he used the original trans am steering wheel

Punctuation. Periods, commas, semicolons, anything, PLEASE. Trying to read that gave me a headache.
Besides, KR is well known for flaws, flubs and goofs, so this is hardly an "OMG!" kind of thing.

How did you see a season 4 dash in a season 1 episode?

Must've been that time travel generator Bonnie just happened to install in KITT that morning.

What?
Michael: Kitt what matters to me is who you are not what you look like. Sure we don't have the car so we can't turbo boost so we can't go over 200 miles an hour but it was all icing on the cake anyway

Obviously, it's impossible for a dash created in 1984 to be in a 1982 episode. The TVs are just missing.

You can clearly se from this picture that there is a space that is long and narrow for
2 TVS
Devon-"Shall we drink to the start of.."
Michael-"Of what?"
Devon-"One mans Dream"

Look closely and you can even make out the upper lip of the PANP buttons underneath where the monitors should go.
Just found this picture. It's from "White Bird". This is most likely the same dash you see in "Trust Doesn't Rust". Here you can clearly tell its the 2 TV dash:

Wow you can clearly see the round steering wheel there aswell
The dash doesn't look to impressive, look at the red strip for a voice modulator

Another stunt car. The dash is in there for looks. All
of the overlays are dummied up. No pods, no wheel,
no buttons or frames. Just the bare essentials.
If you look at the car they use for the ski mode effect
in the last two seasons, you will see they always use the same car.
It has a two tones interior. Brown/tan and the lift up head rests.
This car must be specially rigged for just that stunt. You will also
see the little metal bar sticking out the drivers window for the stunt
guy to hold himself up with.
