Airwolf vs. SX-411?

Airwolf was a high-tech attack helicopter of the future.
It could outrace conventional jets, travel halfway around
the world, and blast away with enormous firepower.
The SX-411 is described as "awesome, a full-blown attack helicopter, the K.I.T.T., as it were, of helicopters."
What would battle between Airwolf and the SX-411 (from episode 'Merchants of Death' in Season 2) be like?

SX-411? Is that the crappy little chopper with the red glowy interior?
Can't remember how KITT defeated the chopper but I remember Mg flares.
Airwolf was built for aerial combat and has superior flares, so missiles shouldn't get a lock-on. Plus Airwolf had IR-suppressors to reduce heat signature.
Airwolf would prevail. Even if Hawke had no missiles, he could still outfly the chopper and even destroy it.
Would need to watch the ep again to see what the chopper could do though.
