Despite that happening, I hope the people there in Australia will eventually be able to enjoy DH performing there.
I still wish DH the best with the Australian tour, though.

I wonder if that US work could be something with the Knight Rider movie? Would be great wouldn't it?

Well maybe so, but I have a few pretty outlandish theories about that, just off-hand:
1)D. Hasselhoff may be recording a CD here in the U.S. for a worldwide release, including America
2)Working on preparations for the U.S. part of his world tour
3)Doing a reality TV show
4)Working his way back into the U.S. spotlight, perhaps
5)Being interviewed for the 4th season DVD set
6)Doing some TV show guest spots for U.S. TV
These are only theories, so we'll all find out eventually what those said U.S. work commitments are sooner or later.

I found this on the Hasselhoff tour site about the tour being postponed.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to conflicting commitments, the upcoming David Hasselhoff "Ready For Action" Australian tour has been postponed until later in the year.

David has just received confirmation regarding an exciting television pilot, which is scheduled for filming on the US in February 2006. While this project has been in discussion for some months, the filming schedule has only recently been confirmed and unfortunately cannot be moved to another date.

Due to the scheduling conflicts, the Australian tour will be postponed to a later date, yet to be determined. It is anticipated that these new dates will be confirmed by late February 2006.

Customers who have purchased tickets to the February/March shows in Sydney and Melbourne can still use these tickets for the rescheduled dates, or obtain a refund from their point of purchase.

In the interim, fans are advised to check http://www.hasselhofftour.com and http://www.chuggentertainment.com regularly for updates and the new dates.

Thank you for your understanding and patience and we look forward to seeing you at the rescheduled performances.

I posted that on my site earler too. This news about a pilot does sound exciting...I wonder what kind of show it will be. I wish David lots of luck with all his projects! :D

I wish DH luck with filming the TV show pilot, so hopefully he'll get a little further with the said TV pilot than the one he had done in 2004. I'm not getting my hopes up, however.....
If not, DH should concentrate on a stage/singing career, occasionally dabbling into feature films.
That's just my opinion, and as I said before, I hope he'll have a great Australian tour, too, plus a good showing of the tour here in the U.S. also. :kittconv2:  :o 8) :?

I hope that "TV Pilot" is a new Knight Rider! Ok, I'm dreaming but sometimes it's nice to dream. Now to dream even further, hope it's on broadcast TV and not overly expensive out-of-reach-in-my-city Cable TV. :(
