G'day, just wondering, watching knightlines?
Michael talks to a lady and says he's from the foundation for flag,
but he never seems to show any idea? ie like a badge?

would he have been legal in his questioning :?:

I think He's legal. He himself has said I don't need a badge to ask a question. However anyone wouldn't be legally obligated to answer him.
