The Scent Of Roses

Post by Opel » Mon Oct 31, 2005 7:20 am

Hi,

I have been searching the web for a long time, but didn't come to an end:

I wanted to get the Interpret or title of the melody, which is played in the end of "The Scent Of Roses": When Michael stands on the beach and tells KITT something like this: "We drive home, to the foundation". The he runs to KITT and the melody starts.

I know there have been many questions about songs/titles/music and I found some in the internet, but not this special one. A friend thinks, that it is the "symphonie of the foundation".
Has someone an idea where and how I can get this?

Thank you for answers!
Michael

I'm not sure of the music being played in the background as Michael gets back to KITT after spending some time on the beach thinking of his love, Stevie, but I do remember him saying, "We're going home, KITT, to family. We're going to the Foundation."
before he and KITT drove away from the beach.
I think that might help some....

I don't think there is a certain name for the tune in question. The music is a part of the theme music composed by Don Peake for that episode. If you are interested in KR theme music you can buy Don's first KR soundtrack here http://www.hitchcock-media.com/Artists/knightrider.html.
There is also a soundtrack composed for the first season of KR by Stu Phillips.

I hope this info helps you.

True, but only the music by original artists, not the music composed by Don Peake.
