i´ve added some modifications... both the scanner and redrawing the corners of the window, less tail light and turn signals cut-outs... but you know, it´s only a pic trick, it´s only that i would like a final model like this
and hey men, can you put this kitt onto a real scenary in 3d with reflect in the chassis!?, this would be great for doing screensavers ! :D:D
Great, Great WoRK!

Now THAT! is a fantastic idea!DarKSLaiN wrote:this would be great for doing screensavers! :D:D
Imagine if you will.. a slow moving 360° screensaver of this 3D model, with the option of adding a small selection of backgrounds [workshop, FLAG foyer, Michael Knight sitting nearby] and the scanner could also move along with it! You could also make the option off adding your own music in MIDI or MP3 [KR theme or customised MP3 with snippets of KITT talking] formats.. How cool!!!
Thoughts?? ReddawgKnight please suggest that to your friend!
Regards
Adam

I know what you are feeling. The front nose is too big,the tops of the head rests are curved not so square,The roof needs to be smoothed out,the headlights need to be more spread outward.I dont think the font nose lower lip is supposed to be that big.Other then that everything looks realy sharp.I noticed the rear of the car.Was that taken from Daviles's version?

Nope the whole car is completely scratch made Knight Racer...
I noticed people are starting to nitpick at the model itself...please keep in mind it was built with only a *?$# load of pics as references,of course its not perfect...hell i dont ever think there will ever be a perfect KITT or KARR model ever Created due to lack of actual Blueprints.
So just please enjoy it as it is cuz it will most likely stay in this form exept for a few tweaks here and there.

Im sorry to say this but the KARR Version will remain the Basic black as KITT,but with the traditional Yellow Scanner...the reason why is my buddy erik is kinda having a hard time applying KARR paint because the front and rear bumper are not leveled out like it is on the show...so it always comes out crooked or mis alighned.

Yeah, I've tried buiding KITT in 3d Studio Max, but it's difficult to get bang on because the reference images are photos and stills, rather than blueprints. I've found it particularly difficult to get a decent reference image for the front.ReddawgKnight wrote:Nope the whole car is completely scratch made Knight Racer...

I might have to buy a model of KITT, and take photos myself!

So far the cars have been converted to NFS 4(But Not publicly yet due to some loose ends that needs to be attended to) without the interior but the problem will be solved soon since knightfan40 officialy granted permission for use of his very nice and (Crispy Looking) Interior....more news when i get it...i figured i give u all an update...
Now the problem is that i need to find a modeler to install the interior since erik is done with it?

Not a problem.
I'll need to try these renders out, also. I have several photos for the dash, so there's a good starting project for me. It shouldn't be too difficult for me, because I have a degree in CADD.
Where can I get the program at?

If you don't make a difference, you are not the Knight Rider.
