That’s an absolutely incredible rendering. I don’t know how you managed to pull it off, but you’ve successfully converted a fifth generation Camaro into a 1982 inspired Trans Am whilst maintaining the design details that make the new Camaro such a great car.

That's wonderful! If Kitt wasn't a Ford or Dodge, than this is what he should look like. That is truly amazing! You have the design of the 82 TA yet keep the new style of the Camaro! It's beautiful!

Kool rendering dude, is bloody magnificent, now if only pontiac can do us a favor and buld us a new retro styled limited edition version of the 82 T/A before calling it quits may just maybe if NBC decides to bring KR back for 2011 then we could have a K3000 wit the looks of a K2000.

No way, SPM was wrong in the orignial show, Attack Mode was wrong in KR08, so no way this beautiful car need a SPM.

Now the biggest problem I see is the headlights. I really did not like KITT with pop up headlights. The Driving lights in the bumper did just fine. No popups!! You could flush mount them with LCD filters if you have to but please don't add popups . Also the rear taillights needs to be one piece. I love the new challengers taillight and think a blacked out version would look great on this.

I know there was way to much in KR08 and even TOS. But if it is subtle it can be a asset instead of a mess. Just like the Porsche and the Buggati wings that stick out more when the cars speed increases. No I do not want 5 air intakes and a huge wing.

Subtle changes to make KITT more animated and more like he has a personality. Such as if some evil entity was suddenly threatening Michael and the camera panned to KITT and he was then in SPM mode without any warning. Get it?

Heck just have red ambient light in the air ducts would be sufficient.

Turbo boost is cheasy also but people love it .

I gotta say, that is a pretty cool photoshop. I was thinking after seeing the new TA bodykit for the Camaro, with some more tinkering could look somewhat similar. It would make an exceptional updated Kitt IMO.

I've been on the fence about buying the new Camaro (want vs. need)... but if someone did infact come out with a KITT kit for the 2010 Camaro, I would absolutely "NEED" to buy it. No more questions, said and done.

Forgive me for bumping this up, but I stumbled upon this, and nearly had a heart attack of awesome. This, without a doubt is the sickest Photoshopping I've ever seen! YES. THAT is perfect. It looks old school and meets the fans' needs for the original, yet has a more modernized set of lines, which appeals to modern society. I'd maybe change the side rear quarter panels to be a bit more rounded and less bold to make it fit with the front end and look less like a Camaro, but boy you've nailed it!
