O/T- I'm as old as KITT!!

(cues the "Happy Birthday" tune) Ladies and gentlemen! I, CB2001, am now 23 years old! And for this special occasion, I have decided to quote "Knight Rider", which is as old as I am: (clears throat, taps microphone to be sure its on) "There's no reason for increased volume. ...

Actually, there was a engineering (or some art) college that has a course in automotive modification (ala streetracers) and a class took their instructor's car and turned it into a single seater vehicle that has a steering wheel that looks more like a rounded version of the above picture. I can't re...

BTW, here's those pictures of the '05 KITT Mustang I did. Remember, this is an exterior mod, like the Pontiac Trans-Am I turned into KARR. 1, A clear shot- Despite how it may look, the scanner is in a straight line. Also, the glass "T-Top" windows were darken in- http://pg.photos.yahoo.com...

Also, I got the decals in my e-mail. They're sweet. :D While on the modeling topic I finished the slight exterior mod for the '05 Ford Mustang GT prototype model I bought a while back. I added a piece of an old phone card that I had to cut and shape as a "plate" before placing the scanner ...

KITT would. All he'd have to do is microlock the Airwolf's turbine engine and Airwolf would crashed.

Knight modelman: Hey there! Sorry to hear about your rather sullen weather over there at the UK. Over here in Manila, its summer time and people are going to the beach, going swimming...the like. I haven't had the time to enjoy the season yet, perhaps later in May (I don't expose myself to too much...

As crazy as it sounds, Knight Modelman does have a good idea by auctioning off his FLAG truck. I may have to consider auctioning off some of my car models. Coming to think about it, Knight Modelman, have you read the April 2005 issue of "Reader's Digest"? The reason why I ask is because th...

Bally, seeing that this is your first post (and I assume you have just started on "Knight Rider"), here's some info. The name of the car in the show is the Knight Industries Two Thousand, KITT for short. For the cars they used in production to make over to look like KITT were 1982-1985 Pon...

Welcome KnightModelman. I am also a modeler and have done all five "Team Knight Rider" vehicles, a project that took two years to complete because of having to find the right models at the same scale. You can check them out here: http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/code_breaker2001/detail?.dir=2...

I like it. There was even a shot of KITT from the opening sequence on one of the monitors. LadyV2000- To answer your question, there are multiple reasons: 1. His hobby takes up a lot of time and money, so by selling it, he would get some money to fund further modeling projects. 2. He wanted to sell ...

For the record, I know "Cruel Summer" has already been remade, done by Ace of Base (it's a pretty good cover). All of you may know that "Cruel Summer" is heard when Michael is searching for KARR in "KITT vs. KARR".

Well it looks pretty damn good. The mud actually looks like mud.

knightdriver- Maybe because we've seen KITT driving down many of dirt and muddy roads and come off of them without a single speck of either of them on him. Maybe it's a unique view on KITT.

Despite the whole thing with the opening credits sequence of the show, I honestly think that they should not show KITT until after the opening sequence, maybe after the crime occuring. Think of how "Live and Let Die" was like. Instead of it showing James Bond on a mission like most of the ...

Orr...you can get bold and carve the nose a little and mod up the dash to 3/4th season and get what you want! http://hometown.aol.com/sheltonw3/images/photo744.jpg That's both necessarily true and false. There are the vents on the fenders you'd have to fill in too. Because KITT didn't have those in...

Does every version of those models say "Knight 2000" on the front bumper? If that's the case, it would defeat the whole purpose of trying to get complete accuracy for me. I'm afraid so, Lost Knight. But then again, the model itself isn't accurate, depending on what version of KITT (includ...

A deam of a "Knight Rider" like vehicle model.

I had a dream that I was in something that looked like a combination of comic book store and a hobby shop. I was looking around and came across what looked like this old model (the company logo looked like the AMT/ERTL logo, but I'm not sure about it now). And the box said "Revolver", and ...
