Another easy continuity issue that could have been resolved was in knight of the juggernaut. After kitt gets trashed, the right front hubcap is missing after the commercial break but can clearly be seen before.

That kitt is missing the door sidebar and the lower console looks like a season 3/4 model not the right one for a season 1/2 interior. Kitt also never had seatbelts on the side of the PMD bucket seats.

What interested me most about the article it said that the series finale didn't have anyone killed off but was a ridiculous plot. We all know scent of roses was the final episode but the order they were aired in wasn't the right order.
