Didn't they try to show that the car still had T-tops with the EBS. I haven't seen the night shot of KITT in SPM in a long time, but I think I remember that they tried to show smaller T-tops just after MK hit the EBS and he got ready to eject out of KITT onto a roof top. I must say I enjoyed seeing...

Way too futuristic. KITT would stick out like a sore thumb. Plus with the vehicle being so low to the ground, it would make landing a turbo boost impossible. KIFT was too low to the ground also..... thus no turbo boosts in that version. No T-Tops for seat ejects. I still can't get the horrible red ...

What did they use for the cover on the scanner so it wouldn't look clear?
It does look like they at least used a lower wattage bulbs.
