Speaking about KARR-E, as someone named it, KITT clearly says KARR, not KARR-E. I think, that this robot is old KARR. They wouldn't do the same mistake two times and even name it by the same name, as many of us already said. He's just in another form. I'm sure it's old KARR.

When i started watching 4th episode, i became happy - KITT had robotic voice (When KITT showed Michael the holograph of those 2 men at night in the beginning of the episode), but later that effect disappeared.

There was blooper, when KITT back-ups and destroys EMP on his hood (at ~39:35), after that you see Mike fighting and over his shoulder you still see KITT with EMP on the hood (39:41 - 39:46).
