Ok wow, the voice in this cleaned up version sounds COMPLETELY different. Clearly it's not Arnett's voice, and it's not filtered whatsoever.

I don't know... sounded like Wil Arnett to me. Just speaking in a flatter tone than usual and heavily filtered.

And I think they probably wanted to go for a more aggressive, KARR-style voice to fit the tougher and meaner looking car they're using. Frankly I think he sounded pretty cool.

So are they going back to the original idea of only using the scanner when KITT is driving himself or something? It's kinda disappointing that during what looks like a big action scene the scanner is dark.
