Re: Special Announcement: Coming Summer 2012...

Our publisher has a UK office as well, so books sold in Europe will be printed in Europe, reducing the cost and time it takes to get one to you!

Re: Special Announcement: Coming Summer 2012...

Don't worry - I'm not happy with the front cover either. It's going to be completely reworked. Everything else turned out nice. Regarding the picture of Michael - yes, I have tons of better ones of him, however I do not have, and cannot get, the rights to use them. Stay tuned....will be released by ...

Chris - do you have any pictures of the voicebox you scratch built using this schematic? Just curious to see the detail of how you put it together. I am considering doing the same.

Thanks!

Thanks for the interest! The book is coming along nicely. Most pictures are inserted and its been through the first round of proofreading. The cover is 90% done. Recently, we completed an interview with Jeff Osterhage from "KITT vs KARR". Right now, the book is about 530 pages. We are stil...

Cigarettes, Tom Selleck and Knight Sting

Bizarre commercial alert... I ran across this by accident, but it's a late 70's/early 80's commercial for 555 cigarettes. It features Tom Selleck as well as the Moonliner - or as we know it, the Lynx Imperial from "Knight Sting". http://vimeo.com/8219550 To tie this all together - Tom Sell...

George Murdock Dies at Age 81

Sad to learn that George Murdock passed away on April 30th. He appeared as Judge Callan in "Ring of Fire", as Archibald Hendley in "Mouth of the Snake" and as Bowman in the Team Knight Rider episode "The A-List": http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p314/firebirdta84/40-M...

Re: Is the original KITT coming to the festival ?

I talked to the owner of the original kitt the other day...due to the high cost of transport, kitt will not be appearing at any shows this year.

Hey guys, A few people have asked me for a complete list of people interviewed for the new book. There are still a few in the pipeline, but below is a list of all completed interviews for the book: Burton Armus (Writer/Producer, Episodes 44-84) Daphne Ashbrook (Katherine Granger, “A Knight in Shinin...

Re: Is the original KITT coming to the festival ?

I can answer these questions - the original KITT that appeared at the first Knight Rider Festival WILL NOT be at the festival this year. The owner wants to, but it simply costs too much to transport the car. There are a very small handful of original, screen used KITT cars left. It's true that most ...

Re: April 11, 2004: The Nick & Jessica Variety Hour

The "Knight Rider Historians" did an extensive inspection on this car before it was sold at auction a number of years ago. Despite it coming from Barris, our investigation showed that the car was NOT used in any capacity in the original series. It's definitely a "unique" piece of...

Hi Videobob, Are you the same Videobob whose involved in the "Back to the Future" community? Anyways, I run a website, http://www.knightriderhistorians.com with fellow KR historian, AJ Palmgren. AJ owns the original Knight 4000 insert car (that had the working dash). I'd love to get you in...

I'm not 100% convinced it's the same place yet...I think it is, but I can't fully match up the buildings yet. The building in the episode has that distinctive drive under section. Here's a picture of one of the buildings at the riding school: http://www.conejovalley411.com/images/uploads/9/9-300x225...

We can see the "light at the end of the tunnel"! Final interviews are being conducted, book formatting and editing is taking place. Along with everything else, there will also be a detailed analysis of early script variations for each episode. We are trying to keep the book to 450-475 page...

I found the location for the munitions bunker. It's part of the Fort MacArthur upper reservation in San Pedro, CA. This location was also used as JBX Industries in "Knight of the Chameleon" (and as the stockades in the fifth season premiere of The A-Team): http://i1063.photobucket.com/albu...
