Re: KARR
Well, the 3k and 2k are 2 separate entities IMO so KARR should still be the K2K's adversary and match his form. However, who's to say KARR doesn't team up with another evil car, like TKR's KRO for example (not KRO specifically, but another failed Foundation vehicle). Also, like I said in another thr...

Re: Justifying the nanotechnology over MBS
Yeah, but season 4 never really explains how KITT got his MBS back after defeating Juggernaut, but yeah, I feel it may not exist anymore. KR has plenty of inconsistencies so I don't really expect this new one to be totally flawless, but a lack of knowledge of the original formula could be a good way...

Re: KARR
I see some criminal element getting hold of one of Graiman's K2000s. It would be pretty tough to rebuild KARR so I just see someone stealing something existing which would give us the return of the old KARR. For KARR to return in a newer, more advacned form, it would have to be the Foundation doing ...

Re: Knight 2000 Model - In Complete Form
Ford seems to think they have defeated their f-body foe so I would think they would have no problem with something that can't hurt them anymore appearing next to their new Mustang. If it drives up Trans Am sales, it's all secondary market profit that GM won't see a dime of. I think ratings will dict...

Re: New KITT scanner sound
I just found an aftermarket company that is producing these (no, not Brennon Fullbright) and it looked pretty sharp. I purposely closed the link because I was getting ideas... They were four light bars (2 each side to fit the contour of the scoops) with 2 rows of multiple LEDs. They were running in ...

Re: KARR
We do see 3 empty (I assume) K2000 shells in Graiman's garage. Anyone of those could end up housing KARR's disembodied CPU. I also think Ford would be happier with KITT's rival being a model that has been out of production for nearly 20 years rather a newer competitor like the current Charger. If KA...

Re: Knight 3000 a step down?
Yeah, it was stated that KITT 3K would receive modular upgrades for a regular series (including turbo boost). My KITT was built under the same conditions (well, I'm no genius, and had a significantly smaller budget) as this one and it can't even remotely compare so I'm not hating, but it's my opinio...

Re: Justifying the nanotechnology over MBS
I feel the MBS is still superior, but the nano tech does work for me. Garth pretty much killed everyone that had access to the formula, and Devon is no doubt dead in this timeline so the nano approach works as a replacement for the MBS. I figure even if the MBS formula does still exist, the FBI may ...

Re: KARR
I heard it somewhere (don't have the source) that the T/A KARR is rumored to be featured if the show is picked up.

Knight 3000 a step down?
Sorry, been away from the KR community from a while and I know a lot of topics exist on the subject, but I just want to make an observation, so if this is covered elsewhere sorry (just too many 'KITT should be a T/A,' 'gays are bad' stuff for me to sift through right now). To start off, I loved the ...

Self Control was a cover!!!
Just found what I thought was a pretty darn decent cover of Laura Branigan's Self Control which was featured prominatly in season 3, and found out it was really the original version of that song! It's done by a group from Italy called Raff. Branigan's other big hit Gloria was also a cover from anoth...

My girlfriends brother is so hopelessly addicted to this show that he won't leave the house on Fridays at all for fear of missing BSG and SG-1. I saw the pilot for BSG and wasn't impressed. Wasn't impressed by the original years ago either. The problem I had was even though I didn't really like the ...

lol its a good thing GM put VATS on all the fbodies after 1992 :P Not if your trying to install a remote ignition  The bypass module alone runs $500-$600, then there's the cost of the remote module. Luckily I have a decent Clifford alarm and they can just add a $100 ignition module to it, oth...

Really? (I stand corrected then  ) They should have never changed the Firehawk's design then! :) It looked better the first year. But I do like the later year Firehawks too, though. Not bad, if they have to go newer. I hope they bring back the more KITT-ish look of the formula for the rumored...

You're right, Fuzzie. Most Firehawks were 4th gens, which is what most people are familiar with. However, SLP used the 92 Formula (last 3rd gen year) to make the first Firehawk. From 93 on the Firehawks continued with the 4th gen line and body. In fact in 96 or 97 the Firehawk was built with fixed n...

OORRR....you can buy a trans am body and install a 4 cylinder engine and save some really big bucks!!!!.....I've seen it done twice! Since I have an efficient car, 2000 Civic, I think if I would go to the trouble of swapping the engine I'd put some big ole V8 in it. For a rare car they show up quit...

There have been many versions of the Firebird, however, the traditional setup or trim level (as most have pointed out already) has been Firebird, Formula and T/A. In addition to the S/E (which existed as a 2nd gen as well), there was also the Espirit in the early 70s, the GTA in the late 80s, the &q...
